We use a premium compost material to topdress your Florida lawn or field.  This material will aid in nutrient uptake, water retention, and improve the overall health of your grass.  If your St. Augustine, Bermuda, Bahia, or Zoysia grass looks weak, thin, and is not thriving in these harsh Florida conditions then topdressing is a great option.

Many Bermuda and Zoysia lawns and fields are unlevel and bumpy.  By topdressing with sand, you can level out your Florida lawn or field over time as well as improve drainage and keep your grass beautiful and healthy.  We recommend doing this in the Spring time for best results.

Getting your soil tested will tell you exactly what your soil is lacking in.  Whether that is Nitrogen, Phosphorus, or micronutrients you can feed your Florida lawn exactly what it needs.  Instead of guessing what fertilizer to use, get a soil test and know for sure.  This soil test will tell us exactly what your Bermuda, St. Augustine, Bahia, or Zoysia lawn needs.
