Yes! Residential services are our bread and butter.  We over topdressing services for residential properties 1,000 square feet and above.  We also can do small jobs under 1,000  square feet.

Absolutely! We offer lawn leveling services where we scalp, dethatch, core aerate, and apply a topdressing material of either sand or compost/sand mix to level the bumpy areas.

If you have a lawn that is bumpy and uneven, then you want to level it out with sand.  The ideal time to do this in Florida is in the spring time.  In the spring time, your grass is waking up, and will start to grow more vigorously.  During this time, we can scalp, dethatch, core aerate, and apply the topdressing material.  We can also level lawns throughout the summer.
